Vino Tinto

Tonight we enjoyed a very nice 2009 Calafate Reserva Pino Noir from the Patagonia region of Argentina.  Though it tasted a bit too fruity for me to start with it turned out to be a good compliment to the brined pork tenderloin I served and definitely benefited from decanting.  It lost that initial juice like taste and developed some depth and a richer flavour after sitting for a bit. Salut!
