Eat Like a Canuck


Saturday night I made Greek Food:  Greek chicken, Greek potatoes, Greek salad.  Sunday night I made Indian:  Cashew and Coriander Chicken, Eggplant Bharta, Thai Red Rice and Naan,  Monday night German:  Sausages and pretzel buns from Illichman's,  roasted some potatoes with the sausages on the grill and made a salad. Tuesday night Asian:  Five -Spice Noodle Bowls (love this recipe, so easy and quick with Chinese Five Spice freshly ground from Abby's).   Now that's what I call Canadian Cuisine!
