What's for Dinner Wednesday? Mushroom Stroganoff

Mushroom Stroganoff is my very favourite vegetarian recipe. Mushrooms are surprisingly rich in B vitamins and essential minerals like chromium and magnesium.  Serve it over some brown basmati rice, add a mixed green or spinach based salad and you have a very healthy, filling vegetarian meal.


  1. This looks so yummy! My whole family, including my 9 year old son, loves mushrooms and this looks quite interesting. I'd love to try it some day. I can clearly see the recipe from the pic, so good job!

  2. The photo was my attempt to save time writing it out. Glad you can read it. FYI For the mixed spices I often use Herbs de Provence instead and skip the basil.
